New York City… Challenge for the Church

New York City is amazing!  I’ve been there a couple of dozen times, and each time I am amazed all over again.  It’s the diversity, the activity, the hustle and bustle, the size, the sounds, the smells… just the sheer numbers of people, together in one concentrated area.  The city also is a huge challenge for the Church.  The city is inherently “secular” and yet the people of the city have the same spiritual needs as anyone in any place.  George Russ has the unique opportunity to lead churches to reach out to the city in unique ways.
